There are so many recipes to try in the Happily Ever After Cookbook. So far, I’ve tried one -Winston Constantine’s Breadsticks (Stroke of Midnight by K. Webster) – which was absolutely delicious and a recipe I’ll be making again and again.

I’m keen to try more of the cookbook’s recipes; however, as I’m dairy intolerant, there are a couple that’ll require a little researching to track down dairy-free alternatives. But once I do, you better believe I’ll be cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Up next for me will probably be the Diablo Cookies (Dangerous Temptation by Giana Darling). Spice? Chocolate? Easily made dairy-free? Sign me up!

Or maybe the Lemon Tarts (Complicate Me by M. Robinson). Sweet pastry? Zesty lemon? Gimme, gimme!
