December may have been a slower reading month, but it was filled with lots of comfort reads (for me that involves small town romantic suspense/thrillers). I also managed to *finally* finish reading my way through Katie Ruggle’s backlist, which has been a reading goal of mine for a while now.
Another reading goal of mine was to not set a reading goal for 2022. I enjoyed the lack of pressure (and the surprise of receiving my goodreads reading stats at the end of the year) so much that I’ve decided to keep doing the same for the new year. I know I want to read and I want to enjoy what I read — and that’s enough of a goal for me. 🥰
