Another fantastic addition to the Stay a Spell series! I’ve been intrigued by Nico and Violet’s relationship ever since they were introduced in Wolf Gone Wild, and it was absolutely worth the wait. Nico is a delicious alpha wolf playing the long game in winning Violet over. Violet, a powerful Seer witch, believes they’re destined to crash and burn so she tries to deny their attraction over and over. Little does she know, fate has other plans…

I have no words for how sweet and steamy, and just overall satisfying, this book was. Nico and Violet were everything. They went from a one night stand to enemies-ish to friends to lovers, and the journey was a joy to watch unfold. Nico and his wolf knew exactly who Violet was to him and his wolf, it was just a matter of getting Violet to come to the same realisation.

As usual, Juliette Cross has created a wonderfully whimsical world that I want to live in. I was captivated the entire time by their relationship, their friendships with family and friends, and the overall plotline; and we finally got more information about grims! I am so excited for book 4 and am counting down to its release in June. *shakes fists in the air* I need more of this series!
